If you’re playing the main game, once you defeat the Pokemon League, talk to the green deliveryman on the second floor of any Pokemon Center to enter the password to receive this Pokemon! If you’re playing the BFD, head south of the Battle Frontier and talk to the green deliveryman after travelling to the Cable Club.

Obtaining this Zarude, saving, and reloading the game will allow Gen 8 mons to start being detected randomly by the DexNav.
